When it comes to getting glam, Selena Gomez has everything she needs: a gorgeous face, her own beauty brand, and a professional makeup artist who’s been working with her since 2016.

Luckily for those who may want to look as glam as her, her makeup artist, Melissa Murdick, is always willing to share the details on the “Lose You to Love Me” singer’s exact makeup looks, all the way down to which Rare Beauty products she uses.

In an Instagram post shared in June, Murdick breaks down her star client’s Only Murders in the Building premiere look for those who want to steal it. Read below.

Primer, Foundation, And Brows

To get the above look, the first step is to prep the skin with Rare Beauty’s Always an Optimist Pore Diffusing Primer, “through the T Zone only,” the makeup artist notes.

Next, she says, “Apply Mesmerize Liquid Luminizer across the cheeks & temples UNDERNEATH the Liquid Touch Weightless Foundation & Concealer (she’s wearing shade 190w).”

The third step is some brow work: “Fill in brows with the Brow Harmony Shape & Fill Duo in a shade lighter than your natural brow hair to create a soft look (Selena is using Blonde).”

Eyeshadow, Liner, Mascara, And Blush

Murdick follows up the brow work with more eye makeup, saying, “Apply ‘a random shimmery charcoal eyeshadow you recently rediscovered in your makeup kit’ across your lids (lol it’s true) and blend out using the shade Undeniable from the Discovery Eyeshadow Palette.”

And to finish off the eyes, “Use the Perfect Strokes Matte Liquid Liner to add a thin line right next to your lashes & apply two coats of the Perfect Strokes Universal Volumizing Mascara,” she writes.

Next up is blush. “Sweep a mix of Soft Pinch Liquid Blush in Hope & The Liquid Luminizer in Mesmerize across your cheeks,” she says.

Setting Powder, Lipstick, And Lip Balm

To set your makeup, Murdick says, “Powder just your t zone with the Always An Optimist Soft Radiance Setting Powder (shade medium light used here).”

And then it’s time to work on the kissers. “Line lips with Kind Words Matte Lip Liner in Talented & Fill them in with the Kind Words Lipstick in Worthy,” she writes.

“Last but not least, add a pop of the Stay Vulnerable Glossy Lip Balm in Nearly Neutral to the center of the lip & you’re done!”
