So over the past month, the SoJones team has worked countless hours putting the finishing touches on the new site launch dropping in early September. I really can’t wait! But you know I had to spice things up a bit with a new addition to SoJones.com, Quinelle Holder. After spending some time in the hip hop and fashion industry, Q has returned to the web and joins the team giving you the BEST content you could ask for. From interviews to columns, Q has done it all and looks to do more with SoJones. Read more about the industry writer below. In the meantime, get ready for September! Keepin up! – Sunny D
1. How did you become a part of the SoJones.com team?
After Darius “Sunny D” Davie received the position of Creative Director, he contacted me 2 weeks later and asked me to work along side him. I humbly accepted. Me and Sunny D started our professional relationship at The FADER and kept in contact since our initial meeting even when he left the company to pursue a position at Cinematic Music Group. We’ve both been patiently waiting for an opportunity to present itself where we could work side by side again.
2. Which style brand are you most excited about making a comeback?
Reebok Pump Omni Lite and Nike Air Force I.
3. Jay-Z’s “Magna Carta” OR Kanye West’s “Yeezus?”
J.Cole’s “Born Sinner” haha…
4. Celebrity Crush?
Angelina Jolie and Kim Kardashian, I have a thing for foreign chicks. (My girlfriend is Brazilian.)
5. Do you think LeBron James deserved to win this year’s NBA Championship?
I think the victor always deserves their win when it’s their time.
6. What’s NEXT for SoJones?
I have big plans as far as restructuring the flow of the site. I have a pretty extensive background in branding and social media marketing.

8. Name one interesting fact about you.
I have a twin sister named Quenette.
I live in the Empire state where opportunities are endless…and pizza is a whooping $2.50. I’m married to music and we live together happily in Brooklyn. “Swag” may be dead but your own style never is.
