Rapper Lil Wayne kicked off 2012 with the launch of his new clothing line, Trufkit. Weezy launched Trufkit last week in Chelsea.
About his clothing line, the rapper said:
“I was just waiting for the right time to bring it out. “I never had a good name for it, and I came up with the name and I thought it was perfect timing.”
Trufkit, an acronym of “The Reason You Kill For It”, introduces its first collection that consists of t-shirts and baseball caps “indebted to Nineties skateboard brands and the Japanese streetwear designer, Nigo” as reported by WWD.
Lil Wayne described his line as “Unusual”.
