Lori Harvey Divides Fans With Her Unconventional Denim Look

The SKN By LH founder shared a photo taken during the event on her Instagram page, which she simply captioned, “Basel w/ @burberry @wmag 🤍.” She’s wearing a strapless denim jumpsuit from the British fashion house’s Resort 2023 collection (she’s a Burberry ambassador, incidentally) that literally looks like a pair of oversized jeans worn around the chest instead of the waist. It even comes with a camel-colored leather belt along the bustline, which she matched with a similarly hued bag. Completing her look are pointy pumps and a sleek bob.

The post has over 100 thousand likes so far and comments such as “loveeee this fit” and “So cute.” But there were also quite a number of followers who couldn’t get on board with the look. One wrote, “I love you girl but, I ain't gonna lie this is NOT IT‼️‼️” and another went, “if ‘i've had it up to here’ was a person.”

As a Burberry ambassador, Lori has rocked chic pieces from the brand on numerous occasions. Last month, she attended the launch of Burberry’s capsule collection with Nordstrom wearing a menswear-inspired ensemble from the label, consisting of a chevron-printed trench coat, a white button-down shirt, and a black tie and trousers. And during London Fashion Week in September, she sported another denim look from the brand (albeit a more classic one).

In late September, the model attended the inaugural Albie Awards, George and Amal Clooney’s gala honoring “courageous defenders of justice,” wearing a white and silver look from the Fall 2022 collection.

And the following month, she shared an ad she made for the label, which she captioned, “It’s that season 🍂 @burberry #BurberryOuterwear.” In the photo, she’s wearing a black-and-white ensemble that includes a puffer jacket, leggings, and chunky boots, styled with a quilted silver bag and a pair of shades.
